Who do I choose to believe, Obama or Bolton?

Apparently the Israeli agreement with Azerbaijan was a military secret. This secret was leaked to the press by the Obama staff. 

So, as I understand it, we gave information to an enemy state - Iran - which can hurt an ally - Israel - ?

Or am I missing something
